Work getting completed

Work for the house got completed and house warming conducted today.Following are pictures of house.Special mention require  about Pooja room door,charupady ,Padippura and Aattu kattil all with features of tradtional Kerala architecture

Work nearing completion





































Work at Nilambur is reaching completion stage.One coat of paint is given for both exterior and interior.Stair case hand rails and posts in Nilambur Teak is fixed.Charupady for Balcony and sit out areas again with superior quality Nilambur Teak is fixed in place.Pooja room also is finished with teak panelling and teak wood outside fixtures

Interior wood work







Interior wood work is being done mostly with famous Nilambur teak.Doors and windows are also done in Nilambur Teak.Pictures show charupady work in teak

Putty work







Birla white putty is applied on both interior and exterior walls.This will give protection for walls from moisture and possible cracks in future.Basically it will strengthen walls in addition to giving smooth finish thereby removing any imperfections during plastering.Pictures show exterior and interior with design plastered areas
